MIKIREN is owned and operated by Elle Kane. She leads all projects for the company and has been in the space for the last 12 years. Elle excels in nurturing crews of craft specialists and growing talents alike. She is an experienced production manager who values a strong work ethic and a people first leadership approach. She founded MIKIREN in order to help deconstruct the gatekeeping standards in the industry and develop a new generation of talented and high caliber event professionals.
