Elle Mikiren Kane is a multidisciplinary creative. As the founder of MIKIREN, she helps artists and brands build cohesive creative ecosystems that balance vision with organized execution.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and a Master of Science in Digital Marketing. This academic foundation complements her almost fifteen years of practical experience, enriching her understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of the industry.
A certified herbalist, avid naturalist, and mycology enthusiast, Elle draws profound inspiration from her connection to nature and ecosystems. This holistic perspective informs her approach to her work. She views each brand and project as a living, evolving ecosystem that requires care, structure, and vital elements to grow.
Elle is also an avid reader and storyteller, with a special appreciation for lyrics and narrative as fundamental ways to relate to the world.
For over a decade, she has held diverse roles in the entertainment industry, such as artist management, creative and strategic design, release marketing, talent buying, show production, event operations, and audio. Through these experiences, she has learned that precision, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
